As a Technical Project Manager (XR) with a hands-on background and an ongoing MBA, my goal is to connect the dots between high-end Spatial Computing and real-world B2B applications.
What I do today (End-to-End Delivery & Live Operations): At NSYNK, I manage complex XR projects across their entire lifecycle, from initial client consultations and requirement scoping to onsite deployment and live problem-solving. Alongside managing client projects, I help co-develop “Hyperslides,” our spatial presentation tool. Because working with cutting-edge technology often means navigating the unexpected, I pride myself on staying level-headed and solution-oriented when troubleshooting novel hardware under pressure.
On the event side, I have successfully operated setups utilizing 50 Meta Quest headsets, ensuring stable experiences for over 5,000 VR users. For premium client workshops, I guide up to 10 executives simultaneously through Apple Vision Pro sessions and produce high-quality video recaps for corporate reporting. I also represent our product portfolio at key industry events like the ADC Festival and Gamescom, with a personal highlight being a presentation to the German Federal Minister for Digital Affairs, Karsten Wildberger.
The Business Perspective (MBA Candidate): To complement my technical expertise, I am currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Business Administration. By focusing on Strategic Management and Digital Transformation, I am actively preparing for a future in Product Ownership. My ambition is to learn how to translate technical possibilities into clear ROI and align XR features with corporate goals.
My Technical Foundation: My ability to manage tech projects stems from my roots as a creator. I hold a B.A. in Expanded Realities, gained international experience during a semester at York University in Toronto, and completed training in 3D Animation & VFX. Because I natively speak the language of 3D artists and developers, I can help teams communicate effectively and deliver great experiences.
